Woods Kovariažarstova (Trez) has over 10 years of experience working with top-tier financial institutions and banks globally, including JP Morgan, Chase, Bank of America, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, and Singapore Bank. His career has been defined by managing complex international business transactions, amounting to hundreds of billions of dollars, and has also work with the largest blockchain and cryptocurrency firms in the world like Hedera and Ripple.
Trez has developed a profound understanding of global transactions in all markets with all types and forms of Banking. Cultivated relationships across industries with many high-level bankers, positioning himself as a seasoned professional in the financial sector.
Dr. Parry W. Clark, JD, PhD, MSM
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Clark has over 55 years of domestic and international business, business risk assessment of projects; financial analysis, projected financial statements; business management; development of internal and external management audit systems; mediation; negotiating contracts, and business consulting.
Dr. Clark has written statistical matrix software programs used to determine the appropriate strategic posture for an organization's business called the STEP Program and over the years, written programs for numerous industries and situations. He designed a statistical matrix software program that underwrites commercial real estate projects. Dr. Clark was an Adjunct Professor in undergraduate and graduate-level Financial Accounting, Computer Science, International Business, Business Law, Risk Management, and English.
Dr. Clark holds a Doctorate in Juris Prudence, a Doctorate in International Business, is working on a Doctorate in the Psychology of Business, and has a Master’s in the Science of Management. He has held a 7 & 63 Stockbroker’s License and was a KS Supreme Court Mediator.
